Partnership

Our People

People are at the centre of Skola Uniforms. We own and operate our manufacturing facilities in both Vietnam and Browns Plains, Queensland, allowing us to work directly with the skilled teams who produce our uniforms. This hands-on approach builds strong relationships, ensures consistent quality, and recognises the experience and care of the people behind every garment.

Our Factories

Skola Uniforms manufactures across two locations:

Browns Plains, Australia
Our local facility supports Australian manufacturing and enables close collaboration, fast response times, and strict quality control. It plays an important role in sampling, specialised production, and meeting local supply needs.

Vietnam
Our Vietnam factory is fully owned and operated by Skola Uniforms. Direct management gives us complete oversight of working conditions, production standards, and ethical practices, ensuring uniforms are made responsibly and consistently.

Together, these facilities allow us to balance craftsmanship, efficiency, and reliability while maintaining full transparency across our production process.

Our Ethical Commitment

Owning and operating our factories means we are accountable at every level. Skola Uniforms is committed to fair wages, safe workplaces, and respectful working conditions, with zero tolerance for child or forced labour. Our teams work under clear policies aligned with internationally recognised labour standards.

Our Responsibility

We believe responsible manufacturing begins with thoughtful design and ends with long-lasting uniforms. By producing garments that are durable, practical, and made to endure everyday school life, Skola Uniforms helps reduce waste and unnecessary replacement. We continue to improve our processes, materials, and packaging to lessen our environmental impact.
